GDPR Compliance
Optimum Time is part of B2C Distribution Ltd. This page explains the rights you have over the personal data we hold about you, and how to exercise them.
Access to your personal data
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including your account details, your order history and the delivery addresses you have used. We will respond within one month.
Correcting your data
If anything we hold about you is wrong or out of date, you can correct most of it yourself in your account, or ask us to correct it for you.
Data portability
You can ask for the personal data you have given us in a portable, machine-readable format, so that you can take it elsewhere.
Erasure, the right to be forgotten
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. We will do so unless we are required to keep it: records relating to a completed order are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is currently six years, and we cannot delete those earlier. Where that applies we will tell you which records are affected and why.
Marketing
You can stop receiving marketing email at any time, with no need to contact us, using the unsubscribe link at the foot of any message we send. That takes effect immediately and does not affect emails about an order you have placed.
How to make a request
Use our contact form and tell us which of the above you want. Please write from the email address on your account, or tell us the order number, so that we can be sure we are giving your data to you and not to someone else. We may ask one further question to confirm your identity before we act.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
How we use your data
What we collect, why, how long we keep it and who we share it with is set out in our privacy policy, and our use of cookies is covered in our cookie policy.
